Thengo la Camisa Negra
Writing a separate footage on every weekend might be a little too much, so I decided not to do it this time... even though the last weekend was also great! Maybe not so much action as last time, but still.
For example - anyone knows what's Morangos com Açucar? When I've been in Armazem on Friday, I've noticed a quite familiar looking guy coming inside. I told some people "That's a guy from a TV series!" But you know how serious it sounded, being said by guy, that's a little drunk, in a dark club? :) But still after a moment some people came to him and wanted his autographs, so it turns out - it was him! I’ve met a portuguese celebrity ;p
Other things included walking around in Covilha (it has changed quite a lot) and visiting Santa Maria again. Turns out there's a guy there who speaks just perfectly English, and I was torturing myself every time there, speaking Portuguese to either the owner, who speaks quietly and shy, or some old lady, who mumbles! :P
Then I came back to Lisboa on Monday morning and not much happened since. Today I had a one-euro breakfast in IKEA, it rox ;p You get two sausages, fried eggs, bacon, bread, jam, a fruit nectar (which alone costs 90 cents) and a coffee afterwards. It would be more expensive to prepare that yourself at home! :)
Tonight some things might happen, I hear there is a dinner here at Siemens (some kinda office-party, never actually participated in anything like that :P) and later I'm going bowling with Pedro :) Time to kick his ass this time :P
Dude, where's my car!!
Never actually wondered what my first car might be like, or when could I be getting it. Well, it turns out that it might be a Fiat Uno and it could be mine soon. Jacinto spotted it couple days ago and reminded himself that I am looking for a second hand car. It’s in quite a good shape (visually) and right now it’s being checked out by three mechanics in the car lot, where he found it. If it still has what it takes (mening – it can drive :) it’ll be mine to buy. Plus, it has some stuff you wouldn’t expect from a car this cheap, like electric windows, alarm, sound system of 4 big speakers and also possibly a central lock, but I’m not sure.
So – what’s left to do is just wait, and maybe soon I’ll be driving a nice, funky fresh car of my own!
How was your weekend, mate?
Imagine meeting all your expectations, and then having some more :] It’s enough to say that the weekend was Stunnin’!! and I came back very tired and very glad. I think it requires a special footage, so I’m onto it, and I hope I’m gonna post it soon.
Another thing is that I got an email from… who? H to the E to the L D E R :) The guy is alive and ‘lovin’ every bit’ of his stay in London. Just you wait, old chap, tha email is commin’ soon.
Plans for the next weekend already include a trip to Covilha, again. How is it going to be? Well, we’ll have to find out, now won’t we. Let’s just say that Armazem party on friday is scheduled again, this time labeled as ‘The official Erazmus Party’ and the rest doesn’t change.
Update: footage on the trip is at http://www.tlen.w.tkb.pl/
RoadTrip
Long planned and long awaited trip to Covilha has arrived. Hopefuly tonight I’m going to settle down again in my last-year-home, the students’ house. Tha plans include quite a lot, like the Polish Independance Day celebration, in Armazem. From what I’ve heared, quite a lot of people could be there and of course I am planning to bring some myself. Another thing would be meeting with Celso and his team, who I haven’t seen since… June? We’ll see how the things go.
YO!
This is the starting post of our new service, oh yeah. I hope to keep it really better this time. Hold your fingers crossed!!
Peaceeee…
